Unlike many replica revolvers that use BBs, the 4.5 Special uses pellets and features a rifled steel barrel, helping to improve accuracy at short ranges. The revolver can be fired in single or double action, while the adjustable rear sight allows the shooter to fine-tune the point of aim.
